1. Operator and Service
This website (the “Website”) is operated by Domi Fruit Kft. (registered office: 2360 Gyál, Kiskomáromi utca 23., Hungary; tax number: 25169715-2-13, the “Operator”). Contact details are available on the Contact page, and company information on the Legal Notice page.
By using the Website, you (the “Visitor”) accept these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.
2. Purpose and Nature of the Website
The Website serves solely as an informational, browsable product catalogue: it presents the product categories distributed by the Operator, company information, and allows visitors to send a message via the Contact page.
The Website does not offer registration, account creation, or the ability to place an online order or purchase. Any products, categories, or prices shown on the Website are for informational purposes only, do not constitute an offer by the Operator, and do not create a contractual relationship between the Operator and the Visitor. For current offers and to place an order, please contact us using the details on the Contact page.
3. The “Webshop” Button and the External Store
The “Webshop” button in the header redirects the Visitor to a separate external site operated for the Operator's business partners (currently: website.domifruit.hu). This external site likewise does not offer public registration — it only provides a login for existing contracted partners to place orders.
Use of the external partner site, any data processing carried out there, and the legal relationship between partners is governed not by these Terms, but by that site's own terms of service and privacy policy. The Operator recommends reviewing those terms before using the partner site.
4. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Website — including text, images, product photos, graphic elements, the logo, and the structure of the site — is the intellectual property of the Operator or is used by the Operator under a lawful licence. Copying, distributing, publicly displaying, or otherwise commercially using this content is only permitted with the Operator's prior written consent.
5. Accuracy of Content, Limitation of Liability
The Operator strives to keep the information published on the Website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee against occasional errors, technical faults, or temporary unavailability of content. The Website is provided on an “as is” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Website, inaccuracies in its content, or temporary unavailability of the Website, except where such damage results from the Operator's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Contacting Us Through the Website
By completing the message form on the Contact page, the Visitor may send a message to the Operator. Completing the form is voluntary; details of how submitted data is processed are set out in the Privacy Policy. The Operator reserves the right not to process messages that are clearly abusive, false, or submitted through automated means.
7. Changes to These Terms
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website; the current version is always available on this page, marked with the effective date above.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and the use of the Website are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Aspects of Electronic Commerce Services. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction and competence of the Hungarian courts.
